Remoção&Posse
Context
The Remoção&Posse is a platform developed for the Office of the Attorney General of the Federal Government (AGU), designed to digitize and centralize the process of transferring and allocating its members across Brazil.Before the platform was introduced, much of this process was managed manually using spreadsheets and information from multiple sources. This made the process more prone to errors, hindered request tracking, and increased operational complexity.
The challenge
The challenge was to transform a complex, data-intensive process that relied entirely on human intervention into a clear, simple, and auditable experience.In addition to addressing different user profiles and business rules, the product needed to account for integrations with existing systems, information security, accessibility, and the constraints of the public sector.

My role
Worked as an end-to-end Product Designer, from discovery through design handoff to developers.In collaboration with the Requirements Analyst, I worked closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business rules and operational needs into a consistent user experience that was technically feasible.

The Process
We began by understanding the existing process, its key stakeholders, and its most complex areas.Based on this assessment, I reorganized the user flows and information architecture to reduce ambiguity and make each stage of the process easier to understand and track.The flows were prototyped and refined before implementation, allowing us to validate interaction decisions and align the solution with business needs and technical constraints.

Simplificar sem esconder a complexidade
O processo possuía regras e etapas que não poderiam simplesmente ser removidas. O desafio foi organizar essa complexidade de forma progressiva, apresentando as informações no momento em que fossem relevantes para cada decisão.
Centralizar informações
Em vez de depender de diferentes planilhas e fontes de informação, a plataforma passou a organizar os dados necessários para acompanhar o processo em um único ambiente.
Criar previsibilidade
A interface foi estruturada para deixar mais claros os estados, etapas e próximos passos, reduzindo a necessidade de interpretação por parte dos usuários.
Results
The solution transformed a process previously dependent on manual tracking into a centralized, structured, and traceable digital experience.The new system provided a clearer view of information and process stages, simplifying management and establishing a more consistent foundation for future product improvements.
